Our wonderful Care Professionals love supporting our clients to have fun in their daily lives, enjoying life to the full. There isn't much our Care Professionals won't do, as long as safe and clients are fully able, trying as hard as we can to be 'family' to our clients.

From care and support in the home, including housework, laundry, meal preparation, and personal care, we also support trips out, for fun or attending appointments.

Natalie is co-owner, with Andrew, and the CQC-Registered Manager. They met back in 2014 and complement each others backgrounds and skills, perfectly, but with a common of delivering the very best holistic care in the community, and supporting our NHS colleagues

Andrew works in the background, being a real advocate for clients, client family members, and our care staff, and looks after functions like finance and invoicing, payroll, and accounts. With a Dad nearly 96 and Mum, aged 88, he knows what he'd want for them!

Deb first came to Home Instead Hereford in 2021 when her nanna needed support returning home, inspiring her passion for high‑quality care. With extensive nursing experience and calm clinical confidence, she now champions expanding our healthcare‑at‑home service.

Beth supports all our clients and care team, on a daily basis, in addition to interviewing new care staff who want to work with us. She has great intuition about what makes a great Care Pro and about what is important in top client care.

Hayley was promoted from being a Care Professional herself to joining the office team, initially providing community support and auditing, to now working alongside Beth supporting all our Care Professionals and Clients.

Wendy supports the office team and ensures all our care staff are up-to-date with their training and learning, with huge empathy if you are enquiring about care for a loved one, having her own elderly Mum.

Kirsty has progressed from being a Care Professional back in 2020 to being our main trainer on general training, including Medication and Basic Life Support. Outside of work she is also skilled as a First Responder, so super-capable!

Kath joined Home Instead Hereford in 2022 and brings warmth, steadiness, and a deep personal commitment to her Care Coordinator role. With experience in both care and admin, she keeps things running smoothly and ensures visits are well planned.

Carrie brings wide experience across childcare, nursing homes and home care, plus 12 years supporting young people in a SEN school. As South Care Coordinator, she’s passionate about supporting clients and Care Professionals and helping our teams deliver outstanding care.

Heaven-Leigh joined Home Instead Hereford in 2020 as an office junior before training as a Care Professional and mentor. Now supporting accounts, she brings the same calm reliability to invoices and payroll, with experience across teams that gives her a strong understanding.
