The Centre in the park is a recreation centre for senior citizens in Hemel Hempstead and Dacorum. It is a day centre where older people of Hemel Hempstead, Dacorum or beyond can go along and enjoy company, have a fresh nutritious lunch, play games, exercise, take part in a quiz, surf the internet or just chat. Our clients at Home Instead Hemel have often visited the Centre on the Park, and have found it to be a fabulous day out.
The interaction with others makes a huge difference to our clients, we have positive feedback and as well as the delicious food, fun activities, and caring staff that work there. There is also a salon offering hair and beauty treatments, there is an assisted bath, foot healthcare practitioners visit on certain days, and they have trained staff to assist.
