This summer, Low Hall in Dacre Banks, Nidderdale, North Yorkshire, is a charming walled garden that opens to the public on select dates as part of the National Garden Scheme (NGS). The garden is designed around a historic 17th-century home (not open to visitors) and features spring bulbs, rhododendrons, azaleas, a tranquil water garden, an asymmetric rose pergola, a vegetable garden, and a conservatory. Extensive herbaceous borders, shrubs, and climbing roses provide interest throughout the seasons
In 2025, Low Hall is scheduled to open on Sunday, 6th July, as part of the Dacre Banks Gardens group opening, which includes Yorke House and White Rose Cottage. The gardens are linked by an attractive level walk along the valley, but each may be accessed individually by car . The perfect outing for all ages and a great opportunity for our clients to enjoy the gardens especially if they are keen gardeners themselves. Only a short drive from Harrogate or Pateley Bridge.
