Overnight support requires a special kind of Care Professional, someone calm, alert, and compassionate. That’s why we invest in thorough training around night-time care, including falls prevention, emergency response, and emotional wellbeing after dark. Our local team includes qualified nurses who oversee Care Plans and regularly check in with both clients and Care Professionals to ensure everything runs smoothly. We also provide our team with wellbeing support and specialist workshops, so they feel confident and equipped to handle even the most complex overnight needs.
We work in partnership with local GPs, district nursing teams, and hospital discharge units across Hammersmith & Chiswick to provide a smooth continuation of care into the night. Many of our overnight care clients receive guidance from our postural stability coach to assist with recovery and comfort during rest. We also connect families with useful community resources, including wellbeing events and local support groups.
