London, UK – May 2025 – Home Instead, the family-led home care provider known for its outstanding standards of care, has announced the expansion of its coverage for the 2024–2025 period to now include Greenwich & Bexley, Lewisham & Southwark, and Shoreham & Petts Wood. This follows what the organisation describes as its most challenging and transformative year since acquiring its first franchise in 2015.
The expansion marks a significant milestone for the company, which was the first home care provider to achieve an “Outstanding” rating in both the Royal Borough of Greenwich and Bexley—a benchmark of excellence in the sector.
Despite navigating a year defined by adversity, including the sudden and tragic loss of one of its directors, the team remained steadfast in its mission. Home Instead’s care professionals ensured continuity of service, delivering person-centred, safe, and responsive care to clients across all locations.

In Lewisham and Southwark, the team partnered with a local foodbank, collecting and delivering over 120kg of essential supplies to families in need.
Volunteers across all offices continued to deliver creative and wellbeing workshops such as candle and jewellery making, along with providing nail care kits for older adults, reinforcing social connection and personal dignity.
Fraud Prevention Training also remains a core focus, empowering elderly clients with tools to identify and avoid financial scams.
Looking Ahead: Uniformed Services Day 2025
On July 12, Home Instead’s three offices will come together alongside 120 volunteers for the highly anticipated Uniformed Services Day. The highlight: a community-led “Pull 4 Trucks” challenge, raising funds for four local charities, followed by a celebration recognising the power of unity, purpose, and service.
