Dementia Awareness Week in Eynsford

As part of Dementia Awareness Week, we were delighted to spend time at The Space in Eynsford, meeting members of the local community and helping to raise awareness about dementia.

I was joined by Chloe, our fantastic Field Care Supervisor, and together we delivered dementia awareness talks, shared advice, and had some really meaningful conversations throughout the day.

One of the highlights was simply connecting with people. Whether visitors came along looking for information, support, or just a friendly chat over a cup of tea, it was wonderful to see so many people taking the time to learn more about dementia and the support available.

Events like these remind us how important community is. By raising awareness and encouraging open conversations, we can help people feel more informed, supported, and less alone when facing the challenges that dementia can bring.
