What we do to care for your loved ones
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of a unique mix of services to meet your needs.

We have been struck by the respect and warmth of all the carers who look after Dad. Primarily our Care Professionals are there to listen and interact with our clients, providing them with a trusted, friendly face that can ease the feelings of isolation and loneliness you or your loved one may feel.
- When should I or my loved one consider companionship care?
Older adults living alone won’t always need companionship care, it is often most beneficial for individuals who require more social interaction or feel isolated from friends and family.
- How often should I have companionship calls at home?
When you or your loved one need different care and support such as personal care, we will meet with you to ensure you get the support that you need from your Care Professional.
