Home Instead appears in FT Best Employers 2026

 

We’re delighted to announce that Home Instead is the highestranking home care company in the Financial Times’ Best Employers list, which recognises the top 500 major UK businesses for excellence as employers.

Around 20,000 employees were interviewed from a wide range of companies and were asked for opinions on various statements relating to their employer. Topics included potential for development, company image, salary and working conditions.

The dominant industry sector was again Healthcare & Social care, with the highest number of companies represented. Within this, Home Instead’s ranking is within the top five in thecategory, taking position 28 in the list overall.

Speaking about the listing, Ruth Brown, Managing Director of Home Instead UK said: “To be ranked in the top 10% of Healthcare & Social Care companies alongside some of the UK’s most established and well-known brands makes this achievement even more meaningful.
