Friendly, local clubs and events helping older adults stay connected, confident, and part of our Farnborough community.

At Home Instead Farnborough, we believe life at home is richer when you’re connected with others. That’s why we run local events and clubs designed for older adults and their families – offering opportunities to socialise, try new activities, and enjoy time together in a warm, supportive setting.
From dementia-friendly cafés to uplifting music sessions, there’s something for everyone. You don’t need to be a client to join – just come along and experience the community for yourself.

A calm, supportive space for people living with memory loss.
The Lavender Lounge Dementia Café is a welcoming spot where those living with dementia and their carers can relax, chat, and take part in gentle activities. With refreshments, friendly faces, and a focus on wellbeing, it’s a place to feel connected and supported.

Music that lifts the spirit and sparks memories.
Singing for the Brain sessions bring people living with dementia and their carers together through music. Singing familiar songs encourages social interaction, stimulates memory, and creates joyful moments in a caring, friendly environment.

There’s something for everyone in Farnborough’s community. Whether you want to meet new people, enjoy music, or simply spend time in a friendly setting, our events are open to all.
