A must-visit for history enthusiasts. These trails take visitors on a journey through the rich heritage of Aldershot and Farnborough, from the industrial revolution to the modern day.
The trails consist of over 60 historical points of interest, including landmarks such as St. Michael's Abbey, the former Royal Aircraft Establishment, and the Army Medical Services Museum. The Heritage Trails app, available on both iOS and Android, provides visitors with an interactive map and audio guide, allowing them to explore at their own pace.
The app features detailed information about each point of interest, as well as historic photographs and audio recordings. The app also includes a quiz feature, making the trails an educational and enjoyable experience for all ages.
