Our home-based care allows your loved one to remain in their own space where memories and routines help maintain a sense of self and independence. We understand that sleep disturbances and sundowning can be particularly challenging, which is why our flexible approach can include evening visits or overnight support to give families respite when it’s most needed. Our Care Professionals are trained to use positive redirection techniques and memory prompts that work with your loved one’s changing cognitive abilities, rather than creating frustration by correcting or contradicting.

We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of a unique mix of services to meet your needs.
