As we age, our nails require more care and attention to stay healthy, safe and pain-free.
Home Instead Exeter and East Devon now offers Nail Care services at home, delivered by our own team of accredited Care Professionals, making the process of nail maintenance simple and efficient.
Firstly we will have a pre-screening call with the client to discuss any contradictions and fill out a risk assessment form. Then we will book in one of our Care Professionals with a nail-cutting qualification to visit you at your home.
During your first appointment, you will be required to make a one-off purchase of one of our nail care kits which contains everything we need to care for your hands and feet. This is for individual use, enabling our Care Professionals to follow strict hygiene processes and minimise risk.
Every appointment includes a full manicure and pedicure treatment including nail trimming, buffing, cuticle care, a relaxing massage of the hands and feet, finished off with nail polish (if desired).
We conduct regular health checks, and if necessary, will give recommendations for clinical intervention. Our services do not include chiropody, so our team will advise if a separate referral is required.
