Paul and Jill Tame of at-home care company, Home Instead Senior Care in Epsom and Mole Valley, are celebrating after the national company they are part of collected a national business award last week (4th July).
Paul and Jill’s business is part of a national network of offices, specialising in the provision of non-medical care to the elderly. The company has been named as the British Franchise Association HSBC Franchisor of the Year and collected the Gold award at a glittering ceremony in London.
Home Instead was recognised for business growth - the Epsom and Mole Valley office is one of 141 offices located across the country - and for the work it has done campaigning for better standards in the elderly care sector and working to directly influence and shape the way care is delivered.
Commenting on the award, Paul said, “The work we do locally brings peace of mind to our clients and their families and it is hugely satisfying to receive national recognition for the work we do.”
Home Instead Senior Care was set up in the UK in 2006 and the Epsom and Mole Valley office opened in 2010. The company has created 80 jobs in the local area to date and is looking to recruit 40 caregivers in the coming year.
The hard work and dedication of the team at Home Instead Epsom and Mole Valley has also been recognised locally at the prestigious Epsom & Ewell Business Excellence Awards 2012. The company took first place in the category for Best Business for Training and Development and was a finalist for Best Employer.
