Quality care
One of our favourite reviews to receive is one that mentions our great care, whether visiting, live-in or respite; our clients are consistently impressed by how great the care we provide actually is.

Dementia specialists
Our Care Professionals are trained to support many illnesses and conditions, with one of our most prevalent being supporting clients with dementia.
Ms A K highlighted our expertise in her review about her mother’s care, “The lovely ladies from Home Instead (Epsom) have been looking after my mum for the past two years. Their care and professionalism allowed mum to stay in her home even as her dementia worsened. They always take time to talk to mum, helping her remember happy times in the past.”
And Mr I W said similar about his father, “I approached Home Instead to provide assistance to my father following his dementia diagnosis in 2024. Initially, just 2 days a week, Home Instead helped with daily chores, shopping and company, assisting my father to continue going out for walks, etc. We gradually increased the service as the months passed and his condition deteriorated to 6 days per week. Home Instead never missed a visit or let us down.”

Flexible care and excellent communication
When we say our care works around you, we really mean it. Whether you need frequent updates, changes to your service or just have a question, our office team seamlessly supports our Care Professionals as they visit and are ready to help with any query you may have.
Ms TW praised us on our flexibility and communication, “The intuitive, skilled and kind nature of the management team filters through the company ethos. After a year, circumstances required a change in carers, and we were again rewarded with wonderful service. I cannot recommend Home Instead highly enough. They are a true godsend.”
Ms AK also mentioned how much she loved the flexibility of our app, where post-visit notes are added for the client’s loved ones to review. “The online App means that I can see how she is doing every day, and the general level of communication is excellent, ensuring that the family and the carers stay in touch and make any changes necessary in a timely manner. I live many miles away from mum, so it is reassuring to know that she is receiving such great care.”
