For Home Instead Epsom & Dorking, 2025 was a year of both delivery and development. While more than 60,000 hours of care were provided to hundreds of individuals, the team also took steps to deepen local partnerships, raise awareness of dementia support, and plan for longer-term community initiatives.
With a team of nearly 100 local staff, and a clear focus on trust-building across Epsom, Dorking, and surrounding areas, the office continues to balance operational strength with a grounded, community-first approach.

Behind the thousands of hours of care delivered, sits a strong team ensuring our clients get the continuity, familiarity, and consistent support they need. This means thousands of hours of office-based work in coordination, care planning, and communication. Every hour delivered in the field is backed by this behind-the-scenes effort, and the result is a reliable, responsive service families can depend on.
What makes Home Instead Epsom & Dorking so unique, is that it continues to be a significant local employer. And for the team, it’s safe to say that these aren’t just jobs, they’re long-term roles that provide professional development, sector stability, and huge personal fulfilment.

Beyond the Numbers
While we are hugely proud of our achievements as an organisation, for us it continues to be personal. The thousands of hours of care represent our team bringing some laughter back into a home, providing delicious and nutritious meals, and removing barriers for our clients to get back to do what they enjoy most.
For us, care at home means that our clients’ lives can continue and life can be well-lived. To that end, our Care pros have done everything from visit garden centres with their green-fingered clients, to museums with those who love history. We’ve taken clients to bridge clubs, art clubs, choir, you name it! Birthday candles have been blown out, and tea has been sipped. Parcels have been sent out on time for Christmas and birthdays, and Christmas trees have been decorated. For us at Home Instead Epsom and Dorking, our clients become part of our Home Instead family. For us, 2025 has been another year of delivering the outstanding care we are known for.
