Dancing into Spring: Our May Day Tea Dance Triumph

We recently hosted a splendid May Day Tea Dance, celebrating the arrival of Spring 2024 with a joyful afternoon of music, dancing, and delightful refreshments. Held on the 6th of May at the Lancaster Road UR Church Hall, the event attracted a lively crowd, ready to make the most of the Bank Holiday.

The star of the event was the fantastic entertainer, Ian, who kept spirits high with his engaging music and lively performances. Guests enjoyed a delightful spread of tea, sandwiches, and cakes, adding to the cheerful atmosphere.

Attendees, including many locals, relished the chance to shake things up on the dance floor or simply tap their feet along to the music. The hall was beautifully decorated with festive bunting, creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for everyone.
