Vicki started at Home Instead as a Care Professional in 2016 before joining the office as Care Team Administrator 2021 where she then progressed to a Field Supervisor, Head of Care Professional, Deputy Care Manager, Care Manager and now Group Operations Manager.

We needed the services of home carers for my wife, starting with visiting care two hours per day and all the way to live-in care and overnight waking watch, seven days a week. All the Home Instead personnel were well trained, friendly and caring.
