I can’t praise the care staff enough, they have been wonderful with my dad. Always on time, very caring, kind and hard working and I know I can trust them to make sure he is OK which is such a relief. They have been a huge help to all of us, taking some of the burden of caring for my dad from my mum and putting my mind at ease knowing that someone is there to help.
Both my mum and dad are really happy with them, they enjoy their company and appreciate their care and kindness. My contact with the office has always been excellent and very professional and they have responded very quickly to any queries or concerns. Very happy with the service provided.

I have been impressed with the care that Mum and Dad received from the very first visit to assess their needs to the daily visits from the care professionals. Whenever there was a need for additional carers, the admin team did everything they could to arrange the extra carers and nothing was too much trouble even at very short notice or out of hours!
The carers who visited and cared for Mum and Dad were wonderful. Mum and Dad both thought so! They knew that no matter who came, they would be well cared for. Mum especially enjoyed having a chat and it definitely kept her going when she was both caring for Dad and living alone.

When it became clear that my mother-in-law needed help with personal care due to Alzheimers, it felt daunting to find a care provider. Home Instead were amazing from the first contact, they put us at ease, listened to our concerns and were able to accommodate her needs.
The carers took the time to get to know her, and kept everything just how she liked it, attention to detail, no shortcuts, no rushing off to the next call. She always enjoyed their company. They helped with light housework too which was so important to her.

Tailored Home Care in Doncaster

The difference this approach makes is clear in the feedback we receive on homecare.co.uk. Elizabeth M shared how the care staff have been “wonderful with my dad – always on time, very caring, kind and hard working,” adding that knowing someone reliable is there has been “such a relief” for the whole family. Suzanne W was particularly impressed by how new Care Professionals are introduced, explaining that “they shadowed a Care Professional who knew them well so they could be introduced, learn the routine and have the time to get to know everything before working solo.” It’s this thoughtful, unhurried approach that helps families feel genuinely supported.
