Our approach goes beyond basic housekeeping – our Care Professionals are trained to notice the things that matter, like whether Mum’s had a change in mood or if Dad is taking medications correctly. Each visit allows time to chat over a cup of tea while tackling tasks together, whether that’s planning weekly meals, sorting through paperwork, or keeping a home tidy and safe. For local families or those that live outside of South Wales, knowing someone trustworthy is regularly checking on their loved one’s well-being brings invaluable peace of mind.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

A client’s daughter recently shared on homecare.co.uk: “My mother thoroughly enjoys the company of all the ladies who take her out to groups and also look after her house. My mother is always treated with the utmost respect and dignity.” Another family member told us: “The carers did shopping, got her ready for bed and provided companionship when she needed it most. The carer’s professionalism and kindness shown to my mother gave me peace of mind knowing that when they were there she was being well looked after.”
