    Jean is our business manager and franchise owner. Jean has a lifetime of delivering care first as a nurse, then a midwife and then working in developing countries. Her loyal team say that Jean has 'care' written through her like a stick of rock.

    Jo's passionate about care, making her perfect for looking after the day-to-day management of client's care planning, making sure they are getting the support they need to live well at home.. Jo also carries out new client consultation to understand how we can best help.

    Marie schedules all of our care calls and supports our Care Professionals to ensure they are the perfect match for their clients. She also leads on medication education and recruitment of new Care Professionals to the Home Instead team.

    Maria has a cheery disposition and an enthusiastic, 'can do' approach to life. Maria's role as Trainer is to ensure our Care Professionals have all the skills, knowledge and understanding to provide the first class care our clients deserve.

    Kayleigh is our Finance Manager and looks after our financial health here at Home Instead. She manages our cash flow, makes sure our staff and suppliers get paid on time and reviews financial reports and forecasts. She's a numbers kind of gal.

    Jo is our part-time Community Development Officer. She's passionate about partnership working and reaching out to those who need support to stay independent, letting them know about the amazing difference our Care Professionals make to their clients each and every day.

    Alex is our part-time Community Development Assistant who focuses on running our Vintage Afternoon Tea events. These regular soiree's give home alone seniors at risk of social isolation a chance to come together, meet new friends, and stay engaged in the community.

    Imogen provides administration support predominately to our training and recruitment function. Her placement with us is part of her Business Administration Apprenticeship at Colchester Institute. We're lucky to have Imogen she's such a valued part of our team.
