Our approach to companionship care feels genuinely different. With visits lasting no less than an hour, there’s time for real friendships to grow. Our Care Professionals don’t wear uniforms, so trips to a cafe or garden centre feel relaxed and natural – more like spending time with a trusted friend. We gently encourage people to stay active and engaged, whether that’s enjoying lunch at a local garden centre or tending to the garden together. This thoughtful, unhurried support helps maintain indepence while giving families confidence that someone is offering attentive, reassuring care.

We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of a unique mix of services to meet your needs.

Our clients and their families often tell us how much thoughtful companionship can transform daily life. One daughter recently shared on homecare.co.uk “Arrangements for home care were carried out quickly and professionally and led to reliable, friendly and welcoming companionship for my wife. Of note [Home Instead] invited us to a Coronation coffee morning, which coincided with my wife’s birthday – an added bonus”. Feedback like this highligts how genuine, consistent companionship can bring joy, connection and a renewed sense of wellbeing to the people we support.
