World Parkinson's Day 2024

Firstly, we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped us ‘Make it blue!’ last week, we’re proud to say all your efforts helped us raise a total of £314.46!

Parkinson’s is the fastest growing neurological condition in the world. In the UK, over 153,000 people are living with the condition for which there is currently no cure. To mark World Parkinson’s Day this year we took to the high street of Chingford to show our support.

On Thursday 11^th April we turned our office from purple to blue! Hopefully you spotted our team of key players throughout the day in their bright blue wigs and enjoyed a blue cupcake kindly baked by our Compliance Manager Rebekah. All the cake sales and donations made by the community of Chingford added to our total.

Our Care Professionals spent the day dressed in blue whilst supporting our valued clients to shine a light on the daily lives of living with Parkinson’s and their loved ones. ‘The good. The bad. The funny. The sad. The ons. The offs. And everything in between.’
