'My job gives me purpose'

I started with Home Instead Chingford as a Care Pro during the pandemic. I had some experience yet minimal in care. From day one I was supported in every regard. The training was in depth and not rushed. I felt able to make mistakes or ask questions. I was matched carefully to clients who I would engage best with, resulting in me enjoying my job to the max. When I had to leave the role for university, upon return I was welcomed back. I quickly fell back into the team as if I hadn’t been away.
