At Home Instead Charnwood, we carefully monitor our CareGivers to ensure they are continually delivering OUTSTANDING care. The team monitor them in 5 areas:

1 – Delivering person centred care and recording this daily in their note writing.

2 – Client enhancement and going the extra mile, letting us know how else they can enhance the client’s life.

3 – The support they give to their clients, ensuring they are available fairly across the team.

4 – Reliability. To make sure our clients are SAFE we need our CAREGivers to be reliable.

5 – Using the Apps and systems we have in place to ensure all our clients have their call at the right time, on time, every day – monitored by logging in and out!
