Mental Health Awareness Week 2020 we sent out activity packs to our wonderful clients! The elderly community have been self-isolating now for a number of weeks, with only the company of our CareGivers that ensure they have everything they need/feel reassured and safe. We thought it would be a lovely idea to send out activity packs to keep them busy during these unprecedented times. We included: A list of things CareGivers and Clients can do together, word searches, word puzzles, memory games, colouring and lots of quizzes!

Our CareGivers received a well-being toolkit which includes mindfulness and tips on how to take care during lock down and in general.  We also made sure they downloaded special care apps in which they can recieve lots of discounts and freebies for being such special people in their local community!

During these unprecedented times its important we support each-other as a team, to make sure our clients have everything they need, feel reassured and safe in their own home.
