What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our friendly office team, you will:

  • Coordinate daily care visits for our Care Professionals.
  • Ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality care.
  • Manage schedules and respond to changes throughout the day.
  • Communicate with clients, Care Professionals, and the wider office team.
  • Help ensure continuity of care by matching clients with the most suitable Care Professionals.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
  • Calm and confident when working under pressure.
  • A natural problem-solver who enjoys finding solutions.
  • Experienced in the care sector (essential).
  • Experienced in care scheduling or care coordination (preferred).
  • A driver with a full UK driving licence.
