Home Aware uses smart, but subtle, sensors around the home to help to build up a picture of the activities of your loved one. It means we can ‘learn’ what a normal daily routine is, such as patterns of sleep and frequency of bathroom visits.
How can Home Aware support me?
By building up this picture, Home Aware means we can spot any significant changes in daily routine such as changes in appetite or mobility that could mean a change in support is needed. For example, it could alert that somebody has been in bed for an abnormal amount of time which could be an indication they are unwell.
Ultimately, Home Aware is here to support you to remain independent and help you to stay in your own home for longer.
What can it do for my family?
Perhaps your friends and family live some distance away and they would like reassurance that everything is as it should be at home. Or maybe you have recently been discharged from hospital after a fall or illness and family and CAREGivers want to keep a closer eye on you. Either way, Home Aware can give them the reassurance of knowing everything is OK, warn them is something is wrong and notify them if things are changing.
