One of our standout initiatives is our Dementia Sensory Garden Project. Every year, we organize a community effort to maintain and enhance our dementia sensory garden. This project involves volunteers, including members of The Prince’s Trust, who help tidy up and re-plant dementia-friendly plants. The garden is then opened to the local community, providing a serene and stimulating environment where those living with dementia can engage with nature.
