Our day care service adapts to suit what you enjoy and what helps you stay active and engaged. Whether it’s working on a favourite hobby, enjoying reminiscence activities, or heading out to a local garden centre for cream tea, we plan each visit around your interests. Many of our Care Professionals can drive, making it easier to get out and about in the community. We can also support with rehabilitative exercises recommended by your healthcare professionals, helping you maintain mobility and independence at home.
What we do to care for your loved ones
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of a unique mix of services to meet your needs.
