As a provider rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of care at home.
Our dedication to dignity, respect, and person-centred care has been consistently recognised — both locally and nationally — and it is this strong foundation that underpins our latest achievement.
A Track Record of Recognition for Dignity in Care
Before turning to this year’s national nominations, we are proud to reflect on recent recognition at the Staffordshire Dignity in Care Awards, which celebrate care providers who place dignity and respect at the heart of everything they do.
In 2023, Alison Norris, Registered Care Manager at Home Instead Cannock and Burntwood, was named Winner of the Registered Manager Dignity Champion Award. This achievement reflects Alison’s unwavering commitment to embedding dignity, compassion, and respect across all aspects of care delivery and leadership.
In 2024, Peta Mandleberg, Owner of Home Instead Cannock and Burntwood, was Highly Commended in the Registered Manager Dignity Champion category. This recognition highlights Peta’s continued dedication to setting high standards, championing dignity, and fostering a culture where people are treated as individuals.
These accolades reflect the values that shape our service every day and provide a strong platform for the recognition we are now receiving at a national level.
