Starting on Wednesday 26th November, this new group for carers will meet on the fourth Wednesday of every month, from 10.30am to 12.30pm at the Project Colt Café in Elland.

Caring for someone living with dementia or memory loss can be rewarding, but it can also be challenging and isolating at times. That’s why Home Instead and Calder & Ryburn Primary Care Network have come together to launch Together for Wellbeing – a new monthly coffee morning created especially for carers and families.
Starting on Wednesday 26th November 2025, the group will meet on the fourth Wednesday of every month, from 10.30am to 12.30pm at the Project Colt Café, Bridgefield Mills, Elland (HX5 0SQ).
Our coffee mornings offer a relaxed, friendly, and welcoming space where carers can:
Meet others who understand the challenges of supporting a loved one with dementia.
Access practical advice, guidance, and emotional support from healthcare and dementia professionals.
Enjoy a friendly chat and free refreshments in a warm, supportive environment.
Whether you’re looking for information, reassurance, or simply a chance to take a break and connect with others, Together for Wellbeing is here for you.
