Karina Brown, owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Bromley, was delighted when she was told she had won an award for Home Instead’s vintage tea party themed marshal point at the St Christopher’s Hospice Fun Walk 2013 which raised in excess of £300.
Karina accepted her award at a ceremony which took place on a warm summer’s evening in the beautiful garden of St Christopher’s Hospice. Awards for the oldest male walker and oldest female walker were won by an 86 year old and a 91 year old respectively which we at Home Instead believe is proof of the independence and vitality that some older people can continue to enjoy.
For those older people who need a little support to enable them to continue to get the most out of life and to maintain their independence, Home Instead is here to help. We provide a range of high quality services to enable our clients to remain living at home for as long as they wish. These include companionship, home help, personal care and dementia care.
