This week, we had the absolute pleasure of celebrating a very special milestone with one of our longest-standing Care Professionals — Andrea — who turned 61!

Andrea has been a truly dedicated member of our team for many years, and from day one she has supported clients living with dementia with patience, kindness, and unwavering compassion. Her ability to build trust, bring calm reassurance, and create meaningful moments for clients and families has made a lasting difference in so many lives.

Her approach to care is everything we value at Home Instead — dignity, respect, and genuine connection. Whether it’s a reassuring conversation, a familiar routine, or simply a warm smile, Andrea consistently goes above and beyond for the people she supports.

To celebrate her special day, the team came together with birthday wishes, cake, laughter, and plenty of smiles. It was a lovely opportunity to recognise not only her birthday, but the incredible impact she continues to make every single day.
