Our local communities offer many enriching activities for older adults, but finding everything in one place isn’t always easy. That’s why Home Instead created the What’s on Where (WOW) guide — a Community Services & Wellbeing Guide for Central & East Brighton.

We’re committed to supporting older people, their families, and carers, particularly by helping to reduce loneliness and social isolation. We also recognise that a dementia diagnosis can be life-changing, but with the right support, people can continue to live well. Staying active and connected to the community can make a real difference.
