10 Hours of waking night care
Waking night care is when a Care Pro provides care throughout the night. Learn more about overnight care here.
12 hours of hourly care
This is where you would have a Care Pro support you in your home throughout the day for 14 hours before a night carer would take over. Hourly care is divided into 3-4 shifts and covered by different Care Pros.
The team & involvement with a 24-hour care package is quite large, but they work on rotation, and there are usually 6 Day Carers and 2 – 3 night Carers working on rotation. An alternative to 24 hours around clock care is Live-in Care.

A Care Pro is a highly-trained, skilled carer who is matched to you, your specialist care needs, and your situation. They will support you and provide you with one-on-one help as needed in the comfort of your own home.
The number of hours of care you require each day is entirely up to you and your loved one to decide.

The risk of infection from outside your home is reduced when you have a Care Pro residing with you or a team of trusted Care Pros dedicated to visiting your home.
Our most important priority is to keep you as safe and shielded as possible while enjoying a higher quality of life from being in the comfort of your home.
Three to Four Care Pros are scheduled every day for 14 hours divided between them, and one for 10 hours during the night.
A care recipient may wish to schedule three 4-5 hour visits to guarantee Care Pros are at their most alert.
A single Care Pro can only work a total of four nights per week. As a result, several 24-hour carers will be scheduled to cover all visits and provide enough cover should someone go off sick or be on holiday.
We charge an hourly rate for 24-hour care. For nights, the fee is billed at a fixed rate; Day hours are billed at an hourly rate.
