4. Once we have identified the caregiver who will support you, we will introduce them to you to make sure you are happy.
5. Service will start.
Following start of the service we conduct frequent quality assurance visits to ensure we are meeting your needs. Also, our office team is available at any time to discuss any issues you may have.
