Home Instead Beverley & Hull has won the prestigious WorkBuzz 5 Star award recognizing its work supporting employees in the care sector
Local care company Home Instead Beverley & Hull have been given a 5 Star Employer award by international consultancy firm WorkBuzz. The award is given to a small percentage of firms who exceed industry benchmarks for employee experience following an anonymous survey of their employees.
Managing Director Mandy Aitken commented “we’re delighted with the feedback we received from our amazing team of care professionals who gave an engagement score of 98 out of 100. We’re committed to being the home care company of choice in the region for clients and employees so this award shows we’re on track”.
The survey looks at a number of areas such as Reward and Recognition, Training and Development, Leadership and Direction and Support from the Office. In the survey, 100% of employees said that they were proud to work for Home Instead.
Home Instead provide support to clients throughout Hull, Beverely and the surrounding villages.
