Booking Your Home Falls Assessment is Easy. Complete the form, and one of our trained Care Managers will be in touch to arrange a convenient time for your home falls assessment. Every appointment confirmation details the staff visiting you, who will also carry ID on the day. Our home visits are attended by fully trained and accredited Home Instead care professionals and usually take an hour. Your report will be ready and emailed to you within a few days.
