Join Directions for Men in Sale (Mondays) or Wythenshawe (Thursdays) for a safe, supportive space to talk, connect, and find help. Led by mental health professionals.
It’s often said that men, even when lost or needing help, won’t ask for directions. But what if those “directions” came with brews, toast, supportive company—and no pressure?
Directions for Men is exactly that: a growing network of peer-led support groups designed specifically for men. These groups offer a safe space to talk about life’s challenges, from anxiety, depression, and low mood, to isolation, loss, and life transitions. Whether you’re navigating tough times or just want someone to chat with, this space is for you.
The Sale Group is Led by Joel White, an experienced mental health practitioner, Directions for Men encourages men to speak openly about their feelings, share life experiences, and support one another—judgement-free.
