Dementia Information Sessions

Last week, our teams at Home Instead Maidenhead, Henley & Wallingford and Home Instead Abingdon, Didcot & Newbury hosted 3 dementia information sessions. Here, you can see the team were joined by the Deputy Mayor of Thatcham, Councillor Petra Pemberton at the Thatcham Town Council Garden Party, where we held one of our talks.

They welcomed close to 50 people at these events. Each person came with a genuine interest in learning more about dementia—many with loved ones directly affected by the condition. We hope the sessions provided valuable insights and support, and we’re committed to continuing these events as part of our ongoing effort to make our communities more dementia-friendly.
