Berkshire Care Association Awards

We are delighted to announce that we have, for the second year running, achieved the Care Service Recognition award from the Berkshire Care Association. Melissa & Jo M were at the awards ceremony last month where they picked up two certificates for each office – Home Instead Maidenhead, Henley & Wallingford and Home Instead Abingdon, Didcot & Newbury.

The awards are judged upon our mission, how we strive to improve continuously, how we follow best practice and invest in our services and people, how we engage with the community and other health professionals and how we ensure our service is safe, caring, well led, effective and responsive within all areas of the business.

A big congratulations to everyone – the office team and the Care Professionals. Everyone plays their part to maintain the high standards that are associated with our Home Instead offices. Well done everyone! Lets see if we can go for the hat trick next year!
