Sevenoaks Run, Walk or Push Against Dementia - Sunday 12th May 2019

This month will see the third Run, Walk or Push Against Dementia event taking place on Sunday 12th May 2019 in picturesque Knole Park in Sevenoaks.  Over 400 participants are already signed up for the 3k, 5k or 10k routes and include entire families, competitive runners, dogs and their owners - it really is an event that is open to everyone.

All the money raised from the event will support local people living with dementia and their families.  The £11,500 generated from previous events are currently funding the Knole Forget-Me-Not Café and well as Forget-Me-NotCafes in Edenbridge and Westerham, the Forget-Me-Notes singing group and dementia friendly cinema screenings.

It's not to late to sign up and you can do so online here:  www.sevenoaks.gov.uk/runwalkpush
