Really lovely initial contact with the director and quickly set up the first step of care – who was very good. My father’s live-in carer is absolutely fantastic! Very caring, perceptive, inventive and with humour, she has introduced some excellent new exercises and care regimes and has quickly become treasured part of the family! Thank you!

Our experience with Home Instead was nothing short of first-class, both from a management point of view and the care my mother received herself. The caregivers that we had over the years not only provided care, support and company to my mother, but in many ways, became an extended part of the family.

We have been using the services of Home Instead for nearly two years and       are very happy with them. As a family we had become concerned that our mother was struggling to look after herself properly in her home. Since we brought in Home Instead we have been able to relax, knowing that she is in the capable hands of an experienced, capable carer. The carer has demonstrated herself to be completely attuned to my mother’s needs and the two of them have developed a close bond, which is reassuring for the rest of the family to see.

Home Instead (Camden) have been looking after a family member of mine and so far, everything is going extremely well. At first, he was reluctant to accept any sort of help. The care giver has been extremely amazing, popping in for chats, buying foods and going out for walks, after my relative was reluctant to requesting to see more of the care giver. The care giver is very patient and good at communicating with me when needed and as needed. I have nothing but praise for the care giver. I feel at ease and very reassured.

My mother’s carer is outstanding! She is kind, caring and extremely patient. She showers and dresses her so nicely and mum always looks lovely when we visit. I trust mum’s carer completely and would recommend her without hesitation.

The staff at Home Instead were all so kind and caring with my husband. They sent in competent carers, so they knew my husband well and could anticipate his needs. I would highly recommend this care provider for others needing carer.

We have enjoyed a very happy four-year relationship with Home Instead. My mother has extremely complex needs and requires great attention to detail, and also, she benefits from regularly seeing the same faces. Home Instead has always gone “above and beyond” to send the same people as much as possible and to carry out their work very carefully. Adaptable, dependable, and we have made very good relationships with the team. Excellent.

The carer provides excellent companionship and mental stimulation for my father with Alzheimer’s. He is so kind and patient in conversation and also persuades my dad (86) to go for a daily walk (he often refuses to go out with me or my brother – the carer has the magic touch). We have tried many different carers, but he knows how to make my dad feel in ‘control’ and is extremely charming and respectful. My dad actively looks forward to his visits. Thank you.

I have been with Home Instead for more than two years. My current care giver us very warm, friendly and I look forward to seeing her each week. My current care giver has the skills and knowledge to meet my needs. She is outstanding, and I don’t know what I would have done without her.
