- Meet others who understand the realities of caring
- Take time for yourself over a cuppa
This group meets every Friday from 10.30am – 12.30pm at Lichfield community Fire Station, Birmingham Road, Lichfield, WS13 6HU.
Our numbers are growing week on week! Friendships are being made, and new faces are always welcome.

Companionship Cafe
Our Companionship meets on the 4th Wednesday of every month at The Hub at St Mary’s, Lichfield, WS13 6LG.
The aim of this group is to keep ageing adults connected the community. A relaxed space where people can meet others.
Why are companionship cafés good for people?
These cafe’s can reduce loneliness and isolation by giving people the opportunity to get out the house, meet other people and build friendships. This can in turn, help to build confidence and feeling more comfortable in social situations. They also help with having a feeling of belonging, and feeling valued rather than forgotten. They are particularly helpful for those how have lost a husband, wife or a close family member of friend. They provide friendship and emotional support ; simply having a chat and a hot brew can make all the difference to your day!.
