Kristy has been in the care industry for many years, joining Home Instead in 2018 as a Care Professional. Kristy worked her way to her current role, assisting in running the business, managing & supporting the office team and ensuring the service meets CQC standards.

Tracy joined Home Instead in 2022 after a long career in retail. Tracy has overall responsibility for our schedules and ensuring clients are matched with Care Professionals. Tracy also works closely with Kristy to manage the Care Professional team.

Abbie is responsible for supporting Tracy in managing the Client and Care Professional schedules, ensuring our Care Professionals are matched to our Clients needs and personal interests. In addition, Abbie supports our Care Professionals and Clients in the community
