Damien Nolan

Hi, I’m Damien. I am the owner of taken on the Home Instead Elmbridge and East Spelthorne office. My previous role was in recruitment and I was introduced to Home Instead when recruiting for staff for another Home Instead office. I was immediately hooked on the aims and qualities Home Instead have. I believe we should be creating fun memories for older people in the community. My mum passed her driving test at 65 and went on stage at 79; I want to help enable older people to be as active as possible and continue to be involved in their local community. It’s what we all want as we get older! In my two years I have learned a lot on the daily challenges that locals face hence why we have introduced other ways for people to get involved in activities with afternoon teas, cinemas, cafe's and garden centre visits
