Breeze Blows Through Basingstoke Memory Cafes

Local radio station The Breeze has been running regular news items on Home Instead Basingstoke’s new memory cafes, featuring interviews with the driving force behind the cafes, Sally Regan.

As reported on The Breeze, the cafes are now being run every month in Overton, Tadley and Old Basing. They are offered as free opportunities for those with memory loss or dementia, their families and carers, and any other elderly members of the local communities, to drop in for a chat or to reminisce over a cup of tea.

The memory cafes are held in:

  • Overton: At the Community Centre, High Street, Overton RG25 3HB
  • Tadley:  At the Methodist Church Hall, Main Road, Tadley RG26 3NU
  • Old Basing:  At the Parish Rooms, St Mary’s Church, Church Lane, Old Basing RG24 7DJ
