Home Instead is Connecting with Care

Home Instead Senior Care in Altrincham is encouraging members of the local community who provide any kind of service to senior people, to attend a Connecting with Care Community Forum on the 25th May starting at 6pm.

The forum is an opportunity for professionals to forge links with a variety of organisations and find support with issues that may be affecting their older clients. Professionals from the medical, voluntary, religious and housing sectors are just an example of those that may benefit from the information on offer.

The event will feature a selection of talks delivered by representatives from the Alzheimer’s Society, Trafford Carers Centre, The Cinnamon Club (Vibrant Voice Choir) and of course the organisers themselves, Home Instead.

Home Instead owners Alan Savage and Lucy Gill said, “Professionals from so many different sectors come into contact with the older generation, it is important for the community to share knowledge and resources when it comes to issues that may be affecting this age group. The forum will be a fantastic source of information and will provide an invaluable opportunity to raise any issues or concerns with knowledgeable and enthusiastic professionals.”

As one of the UK’s leading at-home care providers, Home Instead prides itself on providing flexible services to individual clients and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The Community Connecting with Care Forum is free to attend and will run from 6 – 7.30pm on 25th May at The Cinnamon Club, The Firs, Bowdon,WA14 2TQ. To reserve a seat or to find out more about the event, please contact Lucy Gill on: 07841 582372.
