We have a fantastic opportunity for a Care Administration Assistant to support Home Instead with the everyday operations of the business.
You should be well organised, with excellent communication skills and not be afraid to embrace technology.
Previous experience in care isn’t essential but an understanding of the care industry would be desirable.
Duties to include:
- Providing a front-of-house service, greeting all visitors with a friendly, positive attitude
- Answering calls from clients, care staff and health professionals and directing to the appropriate person.
- Keep online files and databases up-to-date, in line with GDPR regulations.
- Distribute and monitor PPE for all care staff
- To undertake other administrative duties as and when required.
The role is part-time, 16 hours over 4 mornings. You will be primarily based in our Gresford office, though from time-to-time may be required to work in our sister office in Buckley.
