In 2021 we won an award for the ‘best home care group or franchise’ at the Home Care Awards. This yearly event celebrates companies that provide exemplary home care and praises innovative approaches to providing care to those who need it. Home Instead has been named as the most recommended home care company by homecare.co.uk, with 43 of our offices appearing on the top 20 regional lists. Home Instead UK as a whole has also been listed on the website’s top 20 large and mid-sized home care groups for a fourth consecutive year, out of 678 home care groups in the UK. These awards are based on reviews that home care companies receive from clients and their loved ones and we are delighted that the hard work across the Home Instead family has been recognised.
